Chemistry, Microbiology and Advanced Analytical Lab (AAL) Teams:
At our headquarters in Mandeville, LA, our expert lab team performs a wide range of analytical tests on industrial wastewater samples. including bacterial cell counts, BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), microscopic exams, and instrumental chemical analysis. We go beyond just reporting test results—our team takes a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and optimizing wastewater treatment systems. The data and reports we provide offer in-depth insights and actionable recommendations, setting us apart from others in the industry.

Treatability Lab Team:
Our treatability lab team works together to optimize our client’s wastewater treatment approach. Using lab-scale reactors, our customizable studies provide insights into how various chemical additives, bioaugmentation strategies, or physical removal processes may impact a wastewater treatment plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and calibrate laboratory equipment

Operational Support Teams:
Members of the Operations Support team conduct on-site evaluations of our client’s wastewater treatment systems and play a critical role in building and maintaining strong client relationships in assigned regions. With team members based out of our headquarters in Mandeville and along the east coast, our reps routinely travel to client sites throughout the southeast region. Our Western-based team services clients in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi while our Eastern-based team services clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
This role involves identifying performance trends, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing solutions to optimize performance and ensure compliance. This team also provides essential support during treatment system disruptions and production outages.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts based on assigned region.

Conduct routine service visits to ensure proper functioning of wastewater systems.

Perform site surveys to assess client needs and identify potential improvements.

Educate clients on wastewater products and processes to enhance their understanding and compliance.

Provide additional support during upset and critical situations to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Maintain client data and conduct reviews and evaluations.

Maintain product inventory and related equipment.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
HR, Business, IT and Accounting Teams:
The HR team oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensures comprehensive employee benefits, including the offering of competitive salaries, health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, which all contribute to making EBS a desirable workplace that supports long-term career growth.
The EBS accounting team handles the financial aspects within our company, including record keeping, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll and investments.
The Information Technology team is responsible for managing and maintaining EBS’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, data and user accounts while ensuring that all data is secure and up-to-date.
Logistics and Procurement Teams:
Our orders and warehouse team, based in Mandeville, LA, oversees the shipping and receiving of our wastewater treatment product line. Their primary responsibilities include preparing product orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and adherence to all quality and safety standards. They receive and inspect incoming shipments, update inventory records, and organize our inventory of wastewater treatment products and equipment. Additionally, they coordinate with carriers and suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
